As Part of our Commitment to Open communications with all our business dealings, we provide a comprehensive price listing available on our website for all to see.

| OnSite Support | $80 p/h | $120 p/h | Minimum 2 hours Chargable: 1/2hr Blocks |
| Phone Support | $60 p/h | $90 p/h | Chargable: 1/4hr Blocks |
| Secure Remote Support (#2) | $60 p/h | $90 p/h | Chargable: 1/4hr Blocks |
| Emergency Callout Surcharge (#3) | $100 | $150 | |
Onsite Support : 1/2 hr minimum then per hour.
Phone Support : 15 Mins minimum then per 15 mins. Contract or casual customers
Remote Support : 15 Mins minimum then per 15 mins. Contract or casual customers (Broadband recommended)
Notes:
#1: After Hours Rate Charged when works Commenced after 7pm and before 7am weekday, unless otherwise arranged.
Works scheduled to conclude After Hours will be charged for A.H. times at applicable A.H rate, unless otherwise arranged.
#2: Remote Support Works best with a Broadband connection to computer in question (mobile broadband excluded). Sec IT may choose not to service customers without a broadband connection.
#3: Emergency Callout is charged when client seeks imediate resolution of a problem.
All prices exclude GST.
